Semaglutide titration log week 8 - HRV trends and nausea patterns

Been tracking weekly since starting sema at 0.25 mg. Currently at 1.0 mg since week 6. HRV dropped 8-10 points on injection day and day after consistently - lowest was 42 vs baseline 55. Sleep latency increased from 12 min avg to 22 min on dose days per Oura. Nausea hits hardest at hour 4-6 post-injection, lasts about 18 hours for me. Ginger chews and splitting dose into two 0.5 mg injections 3 days apart helped but made scheduling messy. Appetite suppression is real but not total - still get hungry at dinner if I skip lunch. Down 4.2 kg total, 2.8 kg in first 4 weeks then slower. DEXA next week to check lean mass. Wondering if anyone else sees HRV suppression this pronounced at 1.0 mg? Considering holding here vs pushing to 1.75 mg next month. Bloods last Friday showed fasting insulin 4.1 (was 9.3) and glucose 4.8. Lipids pending. Will post those when they land.
