My 2‑Week Trial of Adamax + Dihexa for Focus After a Knee Replacement

I decided to try a low‑dose Adamax nasal spray two times a day and a 10‑mg oral Dihexa once daily just after my knee surgery rehab. I was hoping to sharpen my focus at the gym and stay sharp mentally while my body healed. For the first few days I felt a mild buzz that helped me stay on track with my workouts and ADHD‑like racing thoughts at work.
The nasal irritation kicked in a couple of times, but it was tolerable. I noticed a slight edge in memory recall when I reviewed notes for my patients, though I still had a headache on the first day of Dihexa. By week two the headache dissipated and I felt more alert during long writing sessions eji.
I didn’t see any dramatic changes in mood, but the anxiety I normally get before scheduling appointments seemed a little lower. I’m still watching for any long‑term red flags but overall it’s been a positive, manageable experience.
