trying oral bpc‑157 for my rotator cuff tendinitis

hey folks, tbh i’ve been dealing with a nagging rotator cuff strain for a few months now. as an ICU nurse I’m used to moving patients and doing a lot of overhead work, so the pain was really messing with my shifts and my weekend hikes. a couple weeks ago i read about the oral bpc‑157 arginate salt and thought i’d give it a try since injections feel a bit much for me.

i started with 500 mcg once a day after dinner, mixed into a small amount of water. after about five days i noticed the ache in the front of my shoulder was a bit duller, and my range of motion improved enough to lift the grocery bags without wincing. i did get a slight queasy feeling the first night, but it cleared up by the second day.

i’m still doing physio three times a week and applying topical diclofenac gel before workouts, but the oral bpc‑157 seems to be helping the underlying tissue recovery. just wanted to share in case anyone else is thinking about it – i’m not claiming it’s a miracle, just my own experience. happy to hear if anyone else has tried a similar stack.
