Tbh my first week on Adamax + Synapsin combo for focus and brain fog

Tbh i started Adamax on day one, 1 spray in each nostril twice a day, and noticed a lift in focus almost immediately, but my nose was irritated and i got a mild headache every night, which was a bit annoying. After a few days i added Synapsin – a nasal spray with Rg3, NAD+ and methylcobalamin – 2 sprays per nostril, twice daily. I was hoping it’d help the brain fog i get after a long writing session, and it pretty much did.

I felt clearer, my mental clarity improved by about 15‑20% in my eyes, and the headache eased up after the first week. I also noticed a slight taste change in my mouth, which went away after a few days. The only thing i’m still tweaking is the timing – maybe spacing Adamax and Synapsin 30 minutes apart to reduce nasal irritation. I’m curious if anyone else has tried this combo and what their experience was, or if they’ve found a sweet spot for dosing.

  • ivy_mobility: I tried Adamax alone for a few days last month and noticed a quick lift in alertness but also a dry, sore feeling in my nostrils after each spray. Adding a low dose of NAD+ nasal spray (not Synapsin but similar) helped clear the irritation and seemed to smooth out the focus boost without the nightly headache I got before. I kept a simple log of reaction time tests and felt about a 10% edge on the mornings I spaced the two sprays 20 minutes apart. Have you tracked any objective metrics like react
