Nasal irritation with intranasal NA Selank Amidate – how to keep it under control?

Not gonna lie, I started NA Selank Amidate last month to cut anxiety and it was great, but the nose has been acting up. Every time I spray, I feel a sharp burn and a runny nose that lasts a bit, especially if I use it close to
Sleep. I’ve tried using a different bottle, lowering the dose to the lower end of the 300‑900 µg range, and even waiting a few minutes after each spray, but the irritation never really disappears.

I was wondering if anyone has found a trick – perhaps using a saline rinse before or after, changing the spray pressure, or adding(chat) a mild antihistamine nasal spray to switch it off? Any suggestions on how to keep the benefits without the nose drama?
