Tbh my first 3 days on dihexa and what i noticed

Tbh i decided to try dihexa after reading about its synaptogenesis claims, so i shot myself 10 mg orally every morning for three straight days. On day one i got a mild, nagging headache that sort of felt like a new task popping up, nothing too heavy, just a little pressure behind my eyes that stayed for a few hours. By day two the headache was mostly gone and i noticed the morning coffee routine suddenly felt a lot smoother, my focus on the spreadsheet notes was tighter, and i could juggle two tabs I normally would be switching between.
I even caught myself finishing a draft of an article faster than usual, and a vague sense that i was “building a bridge” in my head came over me. Night two i woke a couple of times, a bit more restless than normal, but it cut off around midnight. On day three i woke feeling refreshed, no headaches, and had a leg‑long run that felt easier than the previous week. I’m still keeping a log, but i’m curious to see if the memory boost persists with a bit more consistency.
