Pal-GQPR and Matrix: 6 weeks of use & questions

I've been dabbling with Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide‑7 (Pal‑GQPR) for the last month because the idea that it cuts down IL‑6 and keeps collagen from breaking down sounded good. I mixed a 3% lotion of Pal‑GQPR with my usual 5% Pal‑GHK serum, using both twice a day on my face. I didn't see a dramatic glow, but the fine lines around my eyes seemed a touch less deep after weeks, and my skin felt less "tight" a day or two after the first few applications.

I read that Pal‑GQPR works by blocking IL‑6 from keratinocytes and that it has an 8‑12 hour half‑life on skin, so I left it on overnight and washed off in the morning. I want to know if anyone else is layering Pal‑GQPR with Pal‑GHK or Matrixyl‑4 and what difference that makes. Does the túnle‑in‑a‑combination help more than either alone? Any data or anecdotal observations would be appreciated.

In the morning I washed it off and followed with a lightweight moisturizer. I noticed the fine lines around my eyes became a bit softer – not a dramatic glow, but less tightness after the first few applications. I’m not sure if Matrixyl‑4 would change that, but I suspect the peptides might work at different layers of the epider

I’m thinking Matrixyl‑4 might bump it up in depth or elasticity. What moisturizer did you use? That base can tweak how the peptides sit, and I’m curious if it makes a difference.
