Curious about how Adamax helped my focus after 3 weeks

I started intranasal Adamax a few weeks ago after reading that it’s the next‑gen Semax analog and might raise BDNF a bit more. I only use one spray per day in the morning, and for the first three weeks I noticed my concentration staying tighter during the long nursing shift and a steadier mood when the paperwork pile grew. The brain didn’t feel the usual “punch” or crash that I sometimes get with stimulants, just a calm alertness.

I’ve had a light headache a couple of mornings, probably because the nasal spray irritates a little, but that’s the only side effect. I’m still not sure if the benefit is the peptide itself or the ritual, but I’d love to hear if anyone else has tried Adamax for focus or memory, or if anyone has stacked it with Noopept or other peptides. Any notes on timing, dosage or how long the effect lasts would be helpful.
