PQQ 20mg daily – vivid dreams and a mild headache, what’s the trade‑off?

I’ve been on 20 mg of PQQ every day for about six weeks now and not gonna lie the changes are pretty noticeable. The first few days I had a mild headache, like the kind you get from a rough night on the train. Then the dreams started – vivid, almost cinematic, and a little confusing but in a good way.

I get the sense my brain might be pumping more REM sleep or something, and that’s the colour of sleep I’ve always been chasing after a long firefighting career. The only downside I’ve felt is a slight hangover feeling in the morning, probably from the caffeine my tea usually has. I read that PQQując is a catalytic antioxidant, like 5 000x stronger than vitamin C per mole, and that it activates mitochondrial biogenesis.

It’s still early but I’m keen to see if the dream quality sticks around or if it fades. Anyone out there had similar experiences or thoughts on the dose balance?
