Injection‑site irritation with Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin combo – any tips?

I started the Tesamorelin 1 mg + Ipamorelin 200 mcg combo a couple of months ago, injecting nightly before bed. The first week was fine, but since then I’ve had occasional red, swollen bumps at the injection sites, especially on the upper arm and thigh. It feels like a mild bruise that’s stuck around for a day or two, and a couple of times it’s been itchy. I’ve tried using a 27‑g needle, rotating sites, and cleaning with alcohol, but the irritation still happens. I’m not Mulliken‑milt. I do track my bloodwork and my liver enzymes have stayed normal so far – no obvious changes there.

Does anyone else notice this, or have a better technique to minimise the reaction? Should I be concerned about the needles’ length or maybe pre‑injecting with a small warm compress? I’ve also read that the GHRH analog can cause mild swelling, so I’d like to keep it under control before it turns into a bigger issue.
