The agency is weighing the risks of cancer, liver, kidney and heart problems against the demand from compounding pharmacies. The article claims that FDA scientists are flagging safety concerns and a lack of consistent data.
I’m a bit sceptical. The FDA’s own data point out that these peptides can do serious harm মহান. From my own experience with small injections, the skin irritation and post‑injection pain are real, but the claim that they all cause cancer is an over‑reach. The article skips over the fact that most safety data comes from animal studies or case reports, not large human trials. It also ignores how the true risk might differ between therapeutic doses and the high doses used by some biohackers.
