Tb-500 and bpc-157 for shoulder joint

I have bad pain in my left shoulder since a few months. I think it is just inflammation in the joint, but i am not sure... I tried /peptides/bpc-157-oral for a while and it helped with gut stuff, but for the shoulder i think i need something more strong.

I read that people combine bpc with tb-500 for joints. Does this actually make sense for a shoulder injury? I am wondering about the timing. Should i do both at same time or start one first and then add other?

Also i am worried about the dose. If i use both, do i need to lower the amount of bpc so i do not overdo it? I usually see people doing 250 to 500 mcg of bpc, but i do not know what is normal for tb-500...

Anyone here had success with this stack for shoulder? Please tell me if it felt different than just using bpc alone... I just want to be able to lift things again without this clicking sound in joint.

I’ve never taken TB‑500, so I can’t say for sure how it would stack. From the literature it seems the two peptides target different healing pathways, so running them together could have a complementary effect, but the data is mainly in animals. If you’re thinking of adding TB‑500, you might start with the lower end of the reported range and add BPC‑157 at the
  • elle187: I noted that you found some easing with BPC‑157 for knee after a few weeks – that’s useful. I’ll start with the lower end of the reported TB‑500 range and take BPC‑157 concurrently as you suggested. Can you tell me what specific dose you used for TB‑500? Also, how long did you keep the stack before noticing changes? I’ll chat with a clinician before proceeding.
