mild skin flushing and fatigue on GHK‑Cu daily dosing

ngl i started the GHK‑Cu part of the GLOW stack a couple weeks ago, 200 mcg subcut daily, mixed with BPC‑157. first week was smooth, skin felt a bit tighter and my nails looked shinier. by day 8 i noticed a faint red flush around the injection site that spread a few centimeters outward.

it wasn't painful, just a warm pink ring that lasted an hour or so then faded. the next odd thing was a low‑grade fatigue that hit me mid‑afternoon, lasting maybe 30‑45 minutes before I felt normal again. i checked my labs after three weeks and copper levels were still in the normal range, ferritin unchanged, fasting glucose steady.

the flushing didn't get worse, and the tiredness seemed to drop off after the fifth week. i’ve read copper sensitivity can cause skin reactions, but i haven’t had any itching or rash beyond the mild warmth. just wanted to see if anyone else has seen this pattern and if rotating the injection site or cutting the dose by half helped. any tips on managing the temporary lethargy would be appreciated.

  • andre621: I’ve run GHK‑Cu at 200 µg daily for a month and felt a similar warm ring the first week, then it faded. My fatigue was only a slump around lunch, like a low‑grade brain fog. Cutting the dose to 100 µg for a few days and rotating sites seemed to blunt the slump a bit. I also tried adding a small magnesium glycinate before bed; it helped my afternoon dip. Did you notice any difference when you spaced the BPC‑157 injection away from the GHK‑Cu site? Might be worth keeping them separate by a few in
  • trevor_paddles: ngl i haven’t tried moving the injection spots. i usually do both in the same arm, right next to each other, because it’s quicker. i’ll give the separate‑site thing a shot next week and see if the fatigue shifts. also i’ll test the 100 µg drop for a few days like you did, just to see if the afternoon dip eases. thanks for the magnesium tip – i already take a nightly 200 mg, but i’ll make sure it’s glycinate. will report back.
