Trying BPC‑157 Oral for a Sprained Knee – What Timing Works Best?

I sprained my knee during a soccer match last month and ran out of the usual ice, rest, and rehab routine when it stopped improving after a week. I read that the oral BPC‑157 formulation (the arginate salt) can be taken 500 mcg once or twice a day and that it helps with tendon and ligament healing. I started a 30‑day course with 500 mcg on an empty stomach in the morning and another dose after dinner.
After the first two weeks I noticed the swelling drop and the pain during walking ease up a bit. By week four the stiffness was almost gone, and I could run a short distance without limping.
