Trying a Custom KLOW‑style Regenerative Protocol – Need Input on Timing

I’ve been working with a KLOW‑style stack for about six weeks now, tweaking the schedule a bit to fit my recovery suppressed by a recent knee sprain. 5 mg. I keep BPC‑157 and KPV daily, but I only inject berj‑Cu and TB‑500 reduces to twice a week to give the body a breather.
I shot the peptides in the thigh and the shins, alternating sites so the tunnels don’t get too sore. The injection sites feel a bit itchy the first week, then I’ve noticed less swelling and the knee feels less stiff. My sleep has improved a bit, and I caught a quick spike in skin tone.
Since I’m also taking a low‑dose vitamin‑D supplement, I want to keep my mineral balance steady; I’ve read that GHK‑Cu can affect copper metabolism. Does anyone else adjust the timing or dosage for better joint or skin results? Also curious about how many weeks is optimal before cycling off or adding a booster. Thanks for any insight.

- night_paddles: I’ve been using a KLOW‑style mix for a little over a month, too, mostly BPC‑157 and TB‑500, and I did cut back on GHK‑Cu because I was worried about copper build‑up. 5 mg once a week. The knee still feels a bit stiff, but the swelling is less(identifier). I found that doing a short break after Stuart്ച weeks helped keep my joints from feeling over‑worked. Does anyone notice any changes in skin when they stay on GHK‑Cu continuously? Also, do you think three or four weeks of stopping before a boo
- josh_mobility: I hear you cut GHK‑Cu to 5 mg weekly, that’s where I landed after a week of itch. The knee stiffness is still a drag, so I’m thinking a pause after 5 weeks, then a 3‑week break before re‑introducing GHK‑Cu. Have you seen any change in skin texture or tone when you keep it continuous? And did the break change how the knee felt?
