KLOW + quercetin stack for post‑。」

Posted by midwestsam in Protocols & Stacks - 1 points, 2 comments.

For me i started a kLOW + quercetin protocol about a month ago to see if the combo could help my post‑workout soreness and skin tone from all the training i do. 5 mg. I inject gkh‑cu and bpc‑157 daily, usually in the early‑morning before training, and do tb‑500 two or three times a week in the evenings.

9% saline, using the same vial each time so i keep consistent. Every night i take a 500 mg quercetin pill with a glass of orange juice to help absorption and as an antioxidant support. To be fair i havent done a full 6‑week cycle yet, but i’ve felt less inflammation in the first two weeks and my skin looks a little brighter.

Does anyone have experience with this exact dosing or any tweaks ఎలా? Any thoughts on timing or potential interactions? Thanks.

  • medic_frugal: I’ve played with a shorter version of that stack myself, just the GKH‑CU and BPC‑157 at 5 mg each, 10 mg total, and a 250 mg quercetin capsule with a glass of orange juice. I took the peptides in the morning before lifting and the quercetin right after the workout, and I noticed the soreness drop enough that I could hit a higher volume the next day. My skin did seem a touch clearer after a month, but I kept the total peptide dose low because the literature on BPC‑157 is still very sparse. I’m cu
  • midwestsam: I’ve had no serious GI upset – just a little bloating the first few days that dropped off after a week. Blood pressure stayed in the normal range on my home monitor, so the 5 mg each dose seems fine. I used the quercetin at night, not right after a workout, and still saw the skin perk up, though i’m curious about your volume jump – how much higher and after how many days? Do you see a difference with the 250 mg quercetin?
