Trying BPC‑157 for my hamstring tendon pull – any timing tips?

I tore my hamstring a few weeks back while lifting at the gym and the rehab was slow; the tendon kept pulling on the running. I’ve been reading about BPC‑157 and decided to give the injectable version a shot. I reconstituted a vial with PBS as the salt solution – it keeps the peptide stable and you can’t really damage it.

I’m taking 250 mcg twice a day, once in the morning and once after my workout, around 30 minutes after a protein shake. I’ve been on the same dose for three weeks now. The soreness feels less, and the tendon feels a bit firmer in the middle of the day.

I haven’t noticed any injection site irritation, maybe because I rotate sites and let them dry completely before covering. I’m wondering if anyone else has tried a different timing schedule – morning only or split around mid‑night? I’ve thought about shaving the dose after the first week, but I’m curious how people mitigate the initial nausea that comes with BPC‑157. Any creative tips?
