My 4‑week performance stack tweak: IGF‑1 LR3 + MGF + CJC‑1295 mix

I’ve been running a performance stack for a month now and wanted to share my tweak that gave me a little edge without the big water retention i used to see on pure IGF‑1. I keep a 5‑ml vial of IGF‑1 LR3 (20 µg/ml after reconstitution) in the fridge and draw up 50 µg with a 100 µl syringe right after the workout, same for MGF (PEG‑MGF 100 µg/ml, 200 µg dose, 2‑3 times a week). My CJC‑1295 (100 µg/ml) comes out of a 2‑ml vial, 100 µg every night at 10 pm, paired with 200 µg Ipamorelin.

Total cycle: 4‑weeks on, 1‑week break. I’ve kept blood sugars close to 100 on the daily dose of IGF‑1 and no hypoglycaemic shivers. I did notice a mild joint ache after the first 2‑week run‑in, so i cut back to 30 µg IGF‑1 for the first 48 h of cycle one.

I’m curious about anyone else’s experience with the CJC‑1295 bedtime combo versus just taking it pre‑workout. Any feedback on injection site reaction or timing tweaks?

  • elle_z: I’ve tried a similar bedtime combo a few months ago. For me the CJC‑1295 + Ipamorelin at night usually gave a smoother recover‑up and I didn’t feel the pre‑workout buzz the same way; my sleep felt steadier and the morning lag was barely there. The injection sites weren’t a big issue as long as I rotated between the upper arm, thigh and glute, just keep them slightly warmed before injecting. • grinder_patient: I switched up the sites about every 2‑day cycle, thigh one day, glute the next, upper arm on the 3rd if i’m doing a higher dose. I warm the spot with a warm compress for 10‑15 min before injecting and do a quick gentle massage afterward to keep the redness and contractions down. The joint ache i had in the first two weeks eased once i cut IGF‑1 to 30 µg the first 48 h, so i’ll probably stick to that routine moving forward.
