Asking feedback on a 8‑week Wolverine + Taurine + GHK‑Cu protocol for joint recovery

Hey all, basically I’ve been dealing with recurring knee tendon soreness after my last firefighting shift back in 2024. I read about the Wolverine stack and thought the BPC‑157 + TB‑500 combo might help the local tissue, but I also want some systemic support. So I put together a protocol that runs for eight weeks:

BPC‑157 500 mcg subcutaneously every day, reconstituted in 2 ml bacteriostatic water, injecting 0.25 ml each morning.
TB‑500 2.5 mg vials, I split the dose into 0.5 mg twice a week (Monday and Thursday) to hit the longer half‑life.
GHK‑Cu 200 mcg daily, mixed with the same BPC‑157 syringe to avoid extra punctures.
Taurine 3 g taken in two doses, morning and early evening, mixed in water.

I start the injections after a light meal, and I’ve been taking the taurine with meals too. So far, after three weeks I notice a little less “tightness” in the knee and I can do a few more reps before the ache kicks in. No injection site irritation, just a mild flushing after the GHK‑Cu which goes away quickly.

I’m wondering if the timing looks ok – should I be spacing the GHK‑Cu away from BPC‑157, or is mixing fine? Also, any thoughts on adjusting the taurine dose later in the cycle, maybe up to 5 g if tolerated? Would adding a second weekly TB‑500 injection help, or is twice enough? Any safety tips or blood work I should consider before continuing? Thanks for any input, no rush.

  • zone2_tinkerer: I’ve tried a similar mix a couple of times on my own shin‑tendon pain. For me, mixing GHK‑Cu with BPC‑157 didn’t seem to change anything – the only thing I noticed was a tiny warm feeling right after the shot, same as you described. I keep them together just to reduce needle trips, but I haven’t done a side‑by‑side test so can’t say if separation would be better. Taurine I left at 3 g for the whole 8 weeks; after about month‑half I felt a bit more “bounce” in my joints, but it could be just the
  • sean53: Thanks for the details, zone2_tinkerer. That warm feeling after the mix matches what I felt, so I’ll keep them together for now – less needle hassle is worth it. I’ll stay at 3 g taurine and watch for any stomach upset; I don’t want to repeat the nausea you got at 5 g. Just wondering, did you ever try a short break from the peptides to see if the “bounce” stayed, or did you run the whole cycle straight through?
