Hamstring strain recovery after 4 weeks – BPC‑157 routine and my results

I tore my left hamstring last October during a 5k run in Cape Town. Rehab was slow – stretching, foam rolling, and physiotherapy. Quitté to a few kingdoms.

After about four weeks of pain still, I started oral BPC‑157 at 500 mcg twice daily, just after training and before bed. For me it was easy; the capsule taste was mild, and I didn’t notice any nausea or GI upset after a week or two. 5 mg at night) because I’m into immune modulation.

The combination seemed to lift my soreness and made the rehab exercises feel slightly less painful. I could do the hamstring curls at 60 % without the sharp twinge I had before. I stopped BPC‑157 after about eight weeks when the pain was gone and I wasn’t telling anyone it was the peptide that helped. Anything else out here use a similar stack for a chronic strain?
