BPC-157 and LL-37 for stubborn skin tears and tendon issues

I have been dealing with some really stubborn skin tears and a nagging tendon issue in my wrist that just will not settle down, so I am thinking about adjusting my current approach. I have used /peptides/bpc-157 before and it seemed to help my recovery in the past, but I am wondering if adding /peptides/ll-37 into the mix would actually make a difference for the skin side of things since it is supposed to help with re-epithelialization and antimicrobial stuff.
I am curious if anyone has tried combining these two for superficial wounds that are taking forever to close, or if the LL-37 is overkill when you already have the BPC working on the underlying tissue. I usually stick to the standard 250 to 500 mcg range for the BPC, but I am not sure how to time the LL-37 or if it should be topical only to avoid too much inflammation. Does it make sense to run them together, or would that be too much for the body to handle at once lah? Just trying to figure out if this is steady or if I am overcomplicating the protocol.
