Thymulin injection site pain and mild fatigue – What to watch for

I started using thymulin 5 mg subcutaneously twice a week about a year ago to try boosting my immune tone. An historians, the first few injections were fine, but after about 4–6 weeks I began noticing a dull ache at the injection sites that lingered for a day or two. The pain is mild, not sharp, but it can make the next injection a little awkward.
I found that using a 27‑g needle and rotating sites helped reduce the discomfort. A couple of weeks in, I also felt a bit more tired than usual, especially in the afternoons, and had occasional mild joint aches that were never bad enough to stop training. I’ve kept a log of the aches and fatigue and shared it with my lab partner for context.
Highlight it as a balancing act. If you see persistent pain or worsening fatigue, pause and talk to a medical professional.
