Combining BPC-157 with LL-37 for chronic tendon issues

I have been dealing with some stubborn tendon inflammation in my wrist for a while now and it just will not budge, so I have been using BPC-157 /peptides/bpc-157 at 250 mcg twice a day but the progress is slow lah. I was reading up on LL-37 /peptides/ll-37 and how it helps with angiogenesis and recruiting immune cells to the site, and it made me wonder if adding it in could actually speed things up or if it might just cause too much local irritation.

I am curious if anyone has tried stacking these two for joint or tendon recovery specifically, because I am worried that the inflammatory response from LL-37 might clash with the anti-inflammatory feel of the BPC. I usually do my rehab exercises in the evening, so I am wondering if timing the LL-37 right before the workout would be steady or if it is better to keep them separate. Just my own experience so far is that BPC helps the ache but the structural strength is not coming back fast enough, so I am looking for any thoughts on this combo.
