Using BPC‑157 Oral with TB‑500 for my hamstring strain – any timing tips?

I tore my hamstring in a sprint last month and have been on a rehab plan that includes TB‑500 5 mg injections once a week and BPC‑157 oral 500 µg twice a day after meals to try to speed up tendon healing. The TB‑500 sits in the muscle and I’ve been injecting in the same spot each time, but I’ve noticed a bit of soreness that didn’t come back after a couple of days. I’m wondering if I should space the BPC‑157 dose a bit later in the day, maybe before bedtime, or if the 500‑µg dose twice daily is fine to keep a steady level.
Also, I’m curious if anyone has paired the oral BPC‑157 with TB‑500 and noticed any change in how fast the soreness subsides or if the tendon feels less tight when the BPC‑taire is taken after the TB‑500 injection. Any practical timing or adjustment tips would be helpful for someone who’s trying to optimise recovery from a tendon injury.
