Trying TB‑500 after a hamstring tear – any timing tips?

After tearing my left hamstring during a soccer match last March, I’ve been looking at TB‑500 to speed up the healing. I mixed the powder with bacteriostatic water because I’ve seen that it keeps the vial usable for a few weeks and it’s a small volume so the injection isn’t too big. I’ve been doing 2 mg two times a week for the past six weeks and haven’t felt the usual injection‑site stinging I’ve read about Amic acid water, so it seems fine so far. I also started oral BPC‑157, 250 µg three times a day, believing the actin‑promoting effects might help the muscle fibers knit together. I’d usually take it after my warm‑up, as I heard that timing can influence the concentration that gets into the damaged tissue. I’ve also been rubbing hyaluronic acid serum on sostenible seams to try and reduce joint stiffness.

For anyone who’s used TB‑500 after a tendon injury, how did you schedule the injections relative to rehab, and did you notice any difference using a diluted acetic acid solvent for BPC‑157? Thanks.
