Oral BPC-157 vs injectable for hamstring strain – timing question

Howzit folks, I pulled my hamstring playing touch rugby about five weeks ago – grade 2 strain, lots of rehab work with my physio. I started oral BPC-157 500mcg twice daily two weeks in, just to see if it’d ease the soreness. For me it seemed to take the edge off the stiffness after stretching, but I can’t tell if it’s real or just placebo tbh.

Now the pain’s down to a mild ache when I sprint, and I’m wondering whether to add TB-500 injections now or wait until I’m completely pain‑free. 5mg twice weekly) but I’m not sure if starting the systemic peptide while there’s still some inflammation is a good idea or if it could interfere with the healing phase. Anyone tried a similar protocol for a hamstring or tendon issue?

What timing worked for you – start both together, or layer TB-500 after the acute phase? Thanks, Aaron.
