Question about oral BPC-157 + TB-500 timing for chronic shoulder tendinitis rehab

Hey folks, I’ve been dealing with a nagging shoulder tendinitis that started back when I was still on the fire crew, mostly from repetitive hose dragging and overhead work. 5 mg twice a week, just to see if it helps with the stiffness and occasional ache during my physio routine. I’m wondering if anyone has found a sweet spot for timing the oral BPC-157 around therapy sessions – should I take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, or maybe split the dose and have one before my morning stretch and another after?
Also, does anyone notice if taking TB-500 too close to a workout makes them feel a bit light‑headed or just a bit shiok? I’ve had mild nausea on the oral BPC-157 at the start but it settled after a few days. Any tips on stacking or adjusting the schedule while keeping the rehab steady lah would be appreciated. Thanks!
