BPC‑157 Oral + TB‑500 for chronic rotator cuff tendonitis – timing and stack details?

I’ve been dealing with a partially torn rotator cuff for the past five months
After a fall at a training event, and my physio routine hasn’t seemed to get me past the pain plateau. I started a BPC‑157 oral + TB‑500 stack two weeks ago hoping to lift the healing bar. I do the oral BPC‑157 (500 mcg) twice a day, first thing in the morning and then right before bed, on an empty stomach as the formulation says it’s gut‑stable. For TB‑500 I inject 2.5 mg on Monday and Thursday, using the upper arm and alternating sites, because the half‑life is about six hours and I don’t want to stack injections too close together. The injections feel a bit chafing initially but settle after a week. I’ve noticed about a 10‑15 % reduction in stiffness on the range‑of‑motion tests and my night pain drops a little. I’m wondering if the 2‑day spacing is optimal – would it help to push TB‑500 to three times a week or keep it at two and just double the BPC‑157 dose? Also, could adding 50 µg of GHK‑Cu daily on top of the stack help with the tendon matrix, or would that overload the system? I’m not getting any systemic headaches, only mild nausea the first few days, and the gut feels fine. What have others tried in the same scenario, and any tweaks you’d recommend?
