Night sweats and insomnia on low-dose tren ace – anyone else?

Howzit folks. I ran a very low dose of trenbolone acetate (about 25mg every other day) for four weeks just to see how it felt. Tbh the strength gains were noticeable but after the second week I started waking up drenched in sweat around 3am and found it hard to get back to sleep.
The insomnia lingered into the next day making my early morning classes tough. I also felt a bit more irritable than usual, snapping at learners over small stuff. I did a quick finger‑prick testosterone test after the cycle and the number was way below my baseline, though I know that’s just one data point.
Has anyone else noticed these sides on such a low dose? Any tips on mitigating the night sweats – maybe timing the injection earlier in the day or adding something like melatonin? Would love to hear what worked for you or if you just powered through. Shame to lose sleep over gains.

- sleep_coastal: I’ve tried a low‑dose tren stack in my 30s and hit that same sweat‑and‑irritability combo. Aecdotally the 25 mg every other day worked for a couple of weeks before the night sweats kicked in around 2‑3 am. I pushed the injection to the afternoon and added a 1 mg melatonin at bedtime; the sweats softened and the snap‑reactivity went away after a week. Keep an eye on your core temperature; a small change in room humidity can amplify the effect. If the sweats persist, cut back a few more mg and co
- runner_aaron: Thanks for the heads‑up. I’ll move my 25 mg to the late morning/afternoon and grab a 1 mg melatonin at bedtime. Your note on room humidity caught my eye – I’ll keep my room a rendimento of 40 % RH. Have you noticed any other tricks that helped the night sweats, or did the timing change alone solve it?
