Oral BPC-157 + TB-500 for Achilles tendinitis – timing around rehab?

I’ve been nursing a sore Achilles after a long weekend trek and the usual rest‑ice‑compress routine isn’t cutting it anymore. I’m considering adding oral BPC-157 (the arginate salt form) to my usual TB-500 subQ shots, mainly because I’ve read it helps with gut and systemic healing and I don’t want more needles if I can avoid it. For me, a 500 mcg oral BPC-157 twice daily seemed to ease some stomach upset after a few days, but I’m not sure how that lines up with TB-500 dosing when I’m doing physio stretches twice a week.
Has anyone tried stacking these two for tendon healing and noticed a difference in pain or stiffness when they timed the peptides around their therapy sessions? I’m curious if taking BPC-157 in the morning and TB-500 at night works better than splitting them both pre‑workout, or if spacing them out by a few hours makes any noticeable change. Any personal anecdotes on what felt steady or just placebo would help me decide whether to give this combo a go.
