Using GLOW stack post‑ACL surgery – my 6‑week protocol

After my ACL reconstruction last March I wanted to speed up the soft‑tissue healingbour and keep the scar from getting too stiff. I went with the GLOW stack because it’s all about collagen, angiogenesis, and low‑grade inflammation. predicted realtime.

That gave me about 200 µg per 1 ml dose. 5 mg/ml were the same. 5 mg TB‑500 2‑3 days a week (soisdiction 1‑2 ml on those days).

I kept the injection site on the thigh, near the tibial insertion, rotating sites to avoid irritation. After the first 3 weeks I felt the swelling settle,_format the tissue tightened, and my range of motion hit 140 deg without pain. By week 6 the knee felt solid for sprinting, though I still had mild soreness after hard training.

No serious side effects – just a touch of redness at the site on the first couple of injections. I’m still monitoring bloodwork for copper levels, "*"just to be safe".
