Epistaxis after first ACE‑031 dose – a personal note

5 mg/kg, on a 2‑week schedule. A couple of hours after injection I felt a tickle in my nose, and within minutes a bright red stream started. I didn’t get blood loss quantity that would worry me, but the bleed lasted longer than I’d seen with other injections.

I pushed the needle through my tissues, used a saline rinse, and stopped bleeding after about 10 minutes. The next dose, scheduled a week later, was fine, no nose issues. I’m not sure if it’s just a one‑off or a typical side effect.

Other users have mentioned epistaxis as a known reaction, but how common is it really? Do you keep any special precautions, like nasal moisturizers or a particular injection angle? I’d love to hear about any protocols that helped you avoid it when you started ACE‑031.
