BPC‑157 Oral + Injected for a Runner’s Knee? Need Timing Insight

Posted by grinder265 in Healing & Recovery - 3 points, 0 comments.

I tore a small spot on my medial meniscus a couple months ago while doing a 50‑mile trail run. I’ve been using the injectable BPC‑157 250 mcg twice daily for about 3 weeks and still feel a dull ache, especially after a hard sprint. I’m a pharmacist so I read the basic data, oral BPC‑157 can still get absorbed, though it’s less potent than the injection.

I’m thinking about starting the oral 500 mcg a day to help gut health and maybe boost the overall anti‑inflammatory effect. Ngl I’m tight on budget and don’t want to double the cost. Does anyone know if the oral dose should be taken before or after the injections?

Also recibit, if I can keep the injections for 4 weeks and then switch to the oral only, or do I need to run the two together the whole time? Any real‑world advice on timing or duration would be huge. Thanks.
