Trying Adamax for focus during long writing sessions, what I noticed

I started using Adamax a couple weeks ago because I needed something to keep my mind sharp while I work on articles that take hours. I spray a small amount intranasal in the morning, about 600 mcg, and sometimes a second dose early afternoon if I feel my focus dropping. For me it seemed to clear the mental fog a bit, I could stay on task longer without feeling the usual mid‑day slump.

The effect felt smoother than when I tried regular Semax before, less jittery but still noticeable. I did notice a mild headache once after I increased the dose too fast, so I backed off to the lower amount and it went away. Mood wise I felt a little more motivated, not exactly euphoric but more like a steady drive to keep writing.

It’s not a miracle, just a tool that helps me push through the tougher parts of a draft. Has anyone else tried Adamax for creative work? How did it work for you?
