Using a GLOW Stack for Post‑Run Calf Injury Recovery – Need Timing Feedback

I started a GLOW stack a month ago after a nasty calf strain from a 10‑km run. The protocol I’m using is the standard GLOW: 200 µg GHK‑Cu and 500 µg BPC‑157 once daily, plus 2.5 mg TB‑500 three times a week. I reconstitute the TB‑500 with 5 ml of sterile 0.9 % NaCl, giving me 0.5 mg per 1 ml vial, and I dilute the GHK‑Cu and BPC‑157 each with 2 ml of the same buffer for a 0.5 mg/ml concentration.
For the first week I noticed the calf pain drop to about a 4/10 on the pain scale, and the swelling reduced noticeably. After a week the TB‑500 schedule feels a bit rushed; I’m wondering if spreading it to 2 x/week might maintain the anti‑inflammatory effect without hitting the same injection sites too hard. Also, does the 5 ml buffer for TB‑500 risk a higher local irritation, or should I pushÕ to 4 ml and cut the dose a little? Any fellow breachers using GLOW, what timing and reconstitution math worked best for you?

- casey613: I’ve been on a GLOW‑style stack for a calf strain too, but I moved TB‑500 to two injections a week after the first month and the pain stayed at 3–4/ Variably I cut the volume to 4 ml, which cut the local irritation I noticed after the third dose of 5 ml; the swelling didn’t spike again. 25 mg per injection if you’re worried about jet‑pain, and you can keep the 2 ml buffer per vial for the GHK‑Cu and BPC‑157. Also, I’ve found that stretching and gentle compression after each injection helps the f
- trevor_recovery: Thanks for the tweak, Casey. 5 mg per 1 ml shot, 2 x/week. I’ll also try your gentle compression after each injection. Ngl, curious: what was the longest time you went without a repeat dose and how did the calf feel? Also, did the smaller volume change the overall anti‑inflammatory feel?
