TB-500 and BPC‑157 combo for hamstring tendon tear – timing question

I tore my right hamstring during a long rugby match last winter and spent a month in physiotherapy before my knee started feeling a bit stiff. After seeing a few case reports on TB‑500 and BPC‑157 in one of the forums, I decided to try a low‑dose protocol: TB‑500 2 mg twice a week and BPC‑157 2 mg once a week. I reconstitute both with bacteriostatic water, using a drop of acetic acid water if the powder is stubborn.
The first week I injected TB‑500 early in the morning and BPC‑157 around 18:00, hoping the staggered timing would keep the local inflammation controlled while the angiogenesis kicks in. I also added a topical hyaluronic‑acid serum twice a day because the joint still feels a bit clicky. After two weeks I noticed less swelling and a slight increase in flexibility, but I’m not sure if the 12‑hour gap between injections is optimal or if I could combine them on the same day without compromising the healing response. Does anyone have experience with same‑day injections or a different schedule that worked better?
