Oral BPC-157 timing around physio for Achilles tendon repair – anyone tried?

Hey folks, I had an Achilles repair about six weeks ago and have been doing the standard physio routine – calf raises, eccentric loading, that sort of thing. I started oral BPC-157 (arginate salt) at 500 mcg twice daily, taken with water on an empty stomach in the morning and again before bed. I’ve noticed less soreness after the sessions, but I’m wondering if timing the dose closer to the physio window makes a difference.

Should I take it 30 minutes before therapy, right after, or split it around the session? Also, I’ve been applying a thin layer of LL-37 cream to the incision site to keep things clean; has anyone combined topical LL-37 with oral BPC-157 and seen any extra benefit on wound healing or just felt more irritation? Thanks for any input.
