Oral BPC-157 + TB-500 for shoulder impingement – timing around physio?

Hey folks, I'm dealing with nagging shoulder impingement from years of handling hose lines and thought I'd give the oral BPC-157 plus TB-500 combo a go. I've been taking 500mcg of the oral BPC-157 arginate twice daily with meals and 250mcg of TB-500 subQ every other day, just trying to see if it helps with the inflammation and that dull ache when I lift overhead. My physio sessions are twice a week, focusing on scapular stability and rotator cuff cuff work, and I'm wondering whether it's better to dose the peptides before or after the therapy, or if splitting them across the day makes any difference.

Has anyone noticed less soreness the next day when they timed it a certain way, or did you just take it whenever and see what happens? Also, any gut discomfort with the oral BPC-157 that settled after a few days? Just looking for real‑world timing tips before I keep stacking. Thanks for any input.
