Daily NR + Weekly KLOW Protocol for Recovery and Energy

I’ve been using a simple stack that’s been good for my marathon training and post‑run recovery. Each morning I take 500 mg of NR (nicotinamide riboside) dissolved in 30 mL of water – that’s about 1.7 mg per ml, so the 10‑mL syringe gives me the full dose. I take it on an empty stomach to keep the absorption high.
For the KLOW part, I reconstitute the four peptides in a 5 mL sterile solution. I use 0.1 mg of GHK‑Cu and 0.25 mg of KPV in 1 mL, 0.5 mg of BPC‑157 in another 1 mL, and 2.5 mg of TB‑500 in the remaining 3 mL. I shot the GHK‑Cu + KPV combo once a week, TB‑500 twice a week, and BPC‑157 daily. The schedule is: Monday BPC‑157 + TB‑500, Wednesday BPC‑157 + TB‑500, Friday BPC‑157 + GHK‑Cu + KPV. I keep the needles clean and rotate injection sites.
For the first month I noticed a steady drop in muscle soreness after long runs, a bit more steady energy during early training sessions, and my skin looked a touch smoother. I’m still running 90‑mile weeks so I’ll keep tracking. If anyone else uses this combo or has tweaks, let me know.

- casey613: I’ve been hopping on a similar routine for the past six weeks, and the muscle soreness does seem to ease if you spread the peptide shots out over the week, BPC‑157 daily and TB‑500 twice a week works for me, but I skip the GHK‑Cu + KPV combo after the first week and just keep the TB‑500 and BPC‑157. The main thing I notice is that the TB‑500 feels more potent on hard runs, whereas BPC‑157 does the gentle recovery work, so the split might help avoid the “post‑injection soreness” I got after the f
- grinder265: Nice that TB‑500 feels stronger after hard runs. I still hit the GHK‑Cu+KPV combo on Friday to target knee places, but I do keep the injection sites at room temp and justpurpose a 30‑minute rest before hitting the track. That’s only the waiting ritual I have – no extra meds or supplements. What sites are you using for TB‑500, and do you find any soreness after the second injection?
