Oral BPC‑157 + TB‑500 for Chronic Knee Tendinopathy – My 6‑Week Protocol

I’ve been dealing with a nagging medial knee tendinopathy for about eight months now and decided to try a combo of oral BPC‑157 and weekly TB‑500 injections. 5 mg an hour after the session to maximise the local effect. 5 ml.
I stick to this for six weeks, then take a break for a month before cycling again if the pain recurs. During the first three weeks I noticed the swelling dropping and a steady gain in range of motion, and by week five my pain at night was down to a 2 on the pain scale. I’m curious if anyone has a similar two‑step schedule, especially around physio timing, or if you’d tweak the dosing or frequency.

- sleep_coastal: I’ve been on TB‑500 for a hamstring strain and BPC‑157 for tendonitis for about a year. 5–1 Cp weekly and feel a chunk of the soreness eases right after the visit. I try to have the physio session the same day or the next so the tissue gets early mobilization. With the 5 mg oral BPC‑157 I’ve found 3 mg a day keeps me in the “good zone” without the stomach upset that sometimes shows up with higher doses.
