Combining Semax and Dihexa for Focus and Memory – My trial

I’ve been chasing sharp focus for my dissertation writing, so I tried a split‑dose stack of Semax and Dihexa. Anecdotally it helped, but the timing mattered. On Day 1 I did 600 mcg Semax nasal at 8 am, then 10 mg Dihexa orally at 12 pm.
The Semax kicked in around mid‑morning, giving me a brisk clarity, but I felt a faint buzz by late afternoon. Dihexa, with its 12‑hour half‑life, came in on the afternoon and seemed to extend the focus window and sharpen my recall of the literature. I noticed a slight jitter in the first hour after Semax, but by 10 pm the buzz faded.
No headaches or nausea, but the nasal spray did cause mild irritation on the first day. I’ve since moved to a 600 mcg Semax at 9 am and 10 mg Dihexa at 3 pm, and the sessions feel more sustained. Anecdotally I say this stack works for my rhythm, but give it a trial run and tweak the timing to see what feels right.
