Did NSI-189 Give Me a Memory Boost or Just Headaches?

Hi everyone, I started NSI-189 about four months ago, 60 mg once daily. The first week I got mild headaches and a bit of insomnia, but after that I felt sharper when writing and my short‐term memory seemed better. My friends noticed I could recall more details from the last 5 minutes during conversations. I’m not sure if that’s new hippocampal growth or just better sleep – the study mentioned MRI changesistiques after 12 weeks, and I haven’t done a scan yet.

I also added a low dose of Adamax to the stack, hoping for extra focus, and I’m curious if that interacts with NSI‑189 or the headaches. I’ve not yet tried Dihexa, but I’ve read it’s great for synaptogenesis. Would anyone warn about combining it with NSI‑189? I’m worried about overstimulation.
I’m glad I see some cognitive lift, but still cautious. Does anyone else notice a direct link between the headaches and the memory boost? Any tips for a smoother start? Thanks.

  • sleep_coastal: I can’t say the memory lift was magic, but anecdotally I saw a similar pattern with a different neurogenic peptide. The first week of headaches and a touch of insomnia usually taper off – it felt like the body was adjusting. I promociones to keep an eye on sleep; when I had better rest the sharpness steadied. Adding Adamax didn’t worsen my headaches, but I kept the dose low and split it into morning and afternoon. If you consider Dihexa, be wary of overlapping mechanisms that could push the ner
  • ethan_k: Thanks for the insight. I’ll start splitting the Adamax as you suggest, morning and afternoon, and keep a sleep log to see if better rest steadies the sharpness. I’m glad you didn’t see increased headaches; that gives me some confidence. About Dihexa, I’ll be cautious and maybe wait a month before adding it, to avoid overlapping stimulation. Have you noticed any fatigue when the two are paired?
