Anyone Tried Epithalon for Better Sleep? My First Few Days

Posted by greg208 in Longevity & Anti-Aging - 2 points, 0 comments.

I just started a 5‑mg daily course of Epithalon for 10 days, hoping it’ll help my sleep and give me a bit of a telomere push. I’m a puol retired firefighter from the UK, got a chem degree and now I’m learning the ropes of longevity stuff. I’ve read the profile that says it can normalise melatonin and up‑regulate antioxidants, but I’ve never done injections before.

I’ve been injecting 5 mg in the upper arm twice a day, after work and before bed, and I’ve noticed a slight drowsiness in the evening and my bedtime has shifted a little. Nothing extreme so far, just the usual injection site tingling. Anyone else using it?

How do you time the doses? Do you notice real sleep changes or just the “feel good” buzz? I’d love to hear what you’ve seen, especially if you’ve measured any telomere changes or any other markers.
