Biotin Injection for Hair & Skin: My First 4 Weeks

Not gonna lie, I’ve been a bit sceptical about injectable biotin until a friend pointed me at the /peptides/biotin-injection page. I’m 38, used to living on the front line, so any bit of hair relief or skin boost is worth a go. Na.
The first injection left a spot of soreness that lasted about an hour. No acne so far, which is a relief. I’ve noticed a subtle shine in my skin and a bit of thickness to my nails.
After two weeks my scalp feels marginally less itchy, and my hair feels a touch fuller when I comb it. I’ve been keeping an eye on my routine blood work – I know biotin can mess with certain lab values – and nothing weird has popped up yet. Anyone else on this? Any tips on injection technique or other supplements that pair well?
