Nasal irritation from intranasal Semax – any relief tricks?

I’ve been using Semax intranasally at 300 µg three times a day for the past six weeks to help with focus and memory during long shift‑like tasks. The first month I was fine, but around week three I started getting a persistent tingling and dryness in my nasal passages, sometimes a mild headache that would flare up especially after my last dose in the evening. It felt almost like a constant “scratchy” sensation that made it hard to breathe through the nose, especially at night.

I’ve tried a saline rinse once a day, but the irritation:user still goes on with Semax. I wonder if anyone else has had similar nasal irritation with Semax or the acetyl‑amidated version, NA‑Semax, and what you did to keep it under control. Did you reduce the dose, change the timing, or use a nasal humidifier? Any ideas would be appreciated – not a medical fix, just personal experience.
