BPC-157 and Boswellia for chronic ankle instability?

Howzit everyone. I have been dealing with this nagging ankle instability since a bad sprain a few years back. It is not a fresh tear, but the joint just feels loose and gets inflamed if I do too much running or hit the gym too hard.
I have used /peptides/bpc-157 before for my hamstring and it worked lekker, but I am wondering if it is worth it for an old injury like this. I am thinking about a cycle of the injectable BPC, maybe 250 mcg twice a day, but I am worried about overdoing the inflammation suppression.
I saw some stuff about Boswellia /peptides/boswellia-akba being a non NSAID option since it hits the 5 LOX pathway instead of COX. Tbh I hate how ibuprofen makes my stomach feel, so a natural anti inflammatory seems better.
Does anyone have experience stacking these two for joint stability or old ligament damage? I am wondering if the Boswellia would interfere with the healing process or if it actually helps the BPC work better by keeping the swelling down. Any thoughts on timing the Boswellia around the rehab work?
