Low Blood Pressure After Taking Magnesium L‑Threonate?

I started taking Magnesium L‑Threonate about a month ago, working on sleep quality and stress. I was using 2 grams of the compound each night, which is about 144 mg of elemental magnesium, the dose most people recommend. The first week I felt a bit more relaxed and my sleep improved, but on day 15 I noticed my pulse dropping and feeling light‑headed after standing up. I pulled out my pulse oximeter and the HRV reading was surprisingly high, and my blood pressure monitor said 95/60 mmHg, lower than my usual 110/70.

I didn't have any other new meds or big changes in diet, just the usual healthy meals. The next morning I was a little dizzy. I stopped the supplement for a day, and my readings came back to dyond. I’m planning to cut the dose in half to see if it stabilizes. I’m also scheduling a check‑up with a GP to rule out any underlying issues. Has toward anyone else seen a drop in BP with Mg‑Threonate? How long did it take you to adjust?
