Noticed a higher heart rate on SLU-PP-332 during low‑intensity cardio

I tried SLU-PP-332 for a couple of weeks, taking what I guessed was a low dose based on the animal data (around 5 mg once daily). I’m not doing any heavy lifting, mostly just brisk walks and light jogging to stay active. After about five days I started to feel my pulse jump up a bit during those walks – it felt like I was hitting 110‑120 bpm where I’d usually be around 90‑100 at the same pace.

I checked it with a cheap chest strap a few times and the numbers were consistent. I stopped the compound for a few days and the heart rate came back down to what I’d expect. I’m wondering if anyone else has seen a similar cardiovascular response, or if this could just be a placebo effect mixed with a bit of anxiety about trying something new.

Has anyone tracked blood pressure or heart rate while using this ERR agonist? Any thoughts on what to watch for if you decide to experiment with it?

I kept a simple log for myself – systolic and diastolic with a cuff – and noticed a 10‑15 mmHg rise that fell back when the drug was paused. If you decide to go on, track BP at the same time each day, not just heart rate. Also, check if the increase is only during activity or at rest. Did you notice any palpitations or dizziness, or was
