Considering Pentosan Polysulfate for knee cartilage support – anyone tried it oral?

Hey folks, I’ve been dealing with a nagging ache in my left knee after a few intense hose‑drag drills at the station. It feels more like a cartilage irritation than a classic tendon strain – stiffness after sitting, occasional swelling when I climb stairs. I’ve been doing the usual BPC‑157 + TB‑500 oral combo for a few weeks and it helps the soreness but the joint itself still feels “off”.
I came across Pentosan Polysulfate (the oral version used for interstitial cystitis) and saw it’s got some cartilage‑repair talk in the vet data. Has anyone here tried it purely for joint support, maybe alongside the BPC/TB stack? I’m curious about timing – should I take it with meals or separate from the peptides?
Any noticeable GI upset or bleeding signs when mixing it with low‑dose aspirin for occasional headaches? Just looking for real‑world anecdotes before I decide to add it to my rotation.
