BPC‑157 oral for ankle sprain – does it help muscle‑tendon recovery?

Hi all, I’m 26, a high‑school teacher in Cape Town, and I recently had a Grade 1 lateral ankle sprain yee a couple of months ago. After seeing a physiotherapist, I started an oral BPC‑157 regime – 750 µg twice daily – starting day 7 post‑injury and continuing for 4 weeks. By week 2 I noticed swelling had dropped, and the pain when I pulled my foot up (dorsiflexion) had lessened.
My range of motion improved steadily, and by week 5 I could do single‑leg squats without the nagging ache that used to stop me. I’m not saying it’s a miracle, but the timing seems important – wait a couple of days, then give it a go before the inflammation peaks. Anyone else have used BPC‑157 oral for ligament or tendon recovery?
What dose and duration worked best for you, and did you notice any side effects? Thanks.
